The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident Location involving Prairie Girl, ridden by S. Foley, placed fourth, and Tino Pai, ridden by R.C. Colgan, unplaced, where it appeared an incident occured. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.C. Colgan stated that his filly overreacted to the movement of Prairie Girl next to him. S. Foley stated that he was taking off heels for a stride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident soon after the start involving Rift Valley, ridden by C.T. Keane, Hero Of The Hour (GB), ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, and Happy Henry, ridden by Megan Telford-Kelly, where it appeared it got tight for room shortly after leaving the stalls. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
R. Donaghue-Leahy, rider of Jordan Breeze, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount rolled around a little in the home straight.
394B Celebrate Your Special Occasion RaceS. Foley, rider of Eclairage, trained by Daniel James Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped right from the stalls.
394D View Restaurant At Dundalk Stadium M'dnS. Foley, rider of Yes Oui Si, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount moved poorly in the home straight.
J.J.G. Ryan, rider of She's A Gift (GB), trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was keen early.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Yes Oui Si, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
394E Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'capW.J. Lee, rider of Enola Holmes, trained by Stephen Thorne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got hampered by the loose horse.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Cash Me, trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced keenly and was hampered by the faller.
B.M. Coen, rider of Shakazia, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slightly hampered by the faller.
M.W. Hassett, rider of Rion Rubette (GB), trained by Michael Butler, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped the faller.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Whispersinthewind, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount fell independent of any other runner. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the footage and were satisfied no further action was warranted.
394F The Dundalk Stadium H'capR.P. Cleary, rider of Hieloray, trained by Aidan Melia, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the final furlong.
Nicola Burns, rider of Loaded Quiver (GB), trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung right up the home straight.
Adam Caffrey, rider of Johnny's Oasis (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung slightly off the home bend.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Micasso, trained by Donal Kinsella, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.
394G Christmas Party Nights At Dundalk H'capC.D. Hayes, rider of Sidiza, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to check off heels at the first bend.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed R.P. Whelan, rider of Mono River (FR), trained by John C. McConnell, concerning his failure to pull up his mount after reporting that his mount had moved poorly in a tailed off position through the early stages of the race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he felt his mount was moving poorly but able to continue at a slow pace. Having viewed the recording and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found R.P. Whelan was in breach of Regulation 216 and in considering his clean record in this regard they suspended him for one raceday.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Mono River (FR), trained by John C. McConnell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on its right hind post race.
R.P. Whelan, rider of Mono River (FR), trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount moved poorly.
